Day 1

Arrival

The group will be met and transfer to our host hotel. We will meet later in the evening for dinner.



Overnight: Windsor California Copacabana Hotel or similar

Day 2

City Tour

After breakfast, we will tour the best of Rio.  We will begin with Christ the Redeemer by train, Sugarloaf Mountain, Escadaria Selarón.


Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Overnight: Windsor California Copacabana Hotel or similar

Day 3

Samba

Learn about the history of Samba and immerse yourself in the Afro-Brazilian culture with a tour.  Later in the evening, we will meet for some Samba dancing and dinner.

Day 4

Free Day

Today is yours to enjoy some free time in the city.  You can enjoy some optional excursions such as Arrial do Cabo, learn the art of Brazilian Cuisine in a cooking class, or some activities on the beach or in the city.

Day 5

Copacabana Beach

Today, is our last full day in Rio.  Enjoy a helicopter ride, hang gliding, or many other optional excursion.  Later we will meet for our last night in Rio.

Day 6

Depart

After breakfast, spend the morning free at the hotel. Check out of the hotel by 11 AM.

Prices are quoted based on the exchange rate and quoted pricing as of January 2, 2023. If the US dollar devalues 2% or more, or the prices increase, all prices will be adjusted.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS


  • A passport valid for six months past your return date.   
  • One empty passport page.
  • Beginning April 10, 2025, all US, Canadian, and Australian citizens will be required to obtain a Visa to enter Brazil.
  • Evisas can be obtain online at brazil.vfsevisa.com.


Monitor the US State department for up-to-date information on entry requirements for Brazil.


MEALS

Breakfast: Buffet style breakfast with assorted pastries, meats, cheeses, fruits, juices, and coffee.

Lunch: Buffet style or plated meal from a select menu.  Drinks are not included.

Dinner: Buffet style or plated meal from a select menu.  Drinks are not included.

Note: Airport transfers are not included in this trip.  We can assist anyone with arranging private transfers.
