Itinerary
Note: The Havana Jazz Festival happens over several nights and over several venues in Havana in January/February.
This tour includes VIP all-access passes to the Jazz Festival events. Transportation to the Festival events is not included.
Day 1- Arrival
Today upon arrival in Havana, we will transfer to our host hotel and get situated in our assigned rooms. Later we will meet for our Welcome Dinner and some salsa dancing.

Day 2 -Havana Tour
Today we will tour the city in vintage cars from the 50's. After a few stops, we will stop for lunch at a local restaurant.
Later in the evening you can choose a Jazz Festival Event at various venues (transportation not included).

Day 3- Free
Today is yours to enjoy at leisure. You have the option to engage in some optional excursions such as a cooking class, rum & tobacco pairing, or a mixology class.
Later in the evening we will transfer to F.A.C. for some fun and music.
Later in the evening you can choose a Jazz Festival Event at various venues (transportation not included).

Day 4 -Tobacco Farm
Excursion to the Viñales Valley, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Learn about the real lives of the Tobacco farmers, their traditions and customs, the cultivation of the leaves and the manufacture of the cigar among other steps and crops.
We will also visit the Indian's cave where we can see the flora and fauna of the area before returning to Havana.
Later in the evening you can choose a Jazz Festival Event at various venues (transportation not included).

Day 5- Beach Day
Spend the day relaxing on the beach or enjoy some of the many water sports that are available at the beach.

Day 6 -Afro-Cuban Culture
Today we will enjoy some shopping in Havana. We also have the opportunity to tour Callejon de Hamel, Havana’s high temple of Afro-Cuban culture.
Donations: Today, we will also present our donations to the community.
Later we will meet for our Farewell Dinner.
After dinner, we will attend a grand jazz event to celebrate our final night in Havana (transportation included).

Day 7- Depart
After breakfast, we will pack our bags and transfer to the airport for your flight home. Don’t forget to have a copy of your flight ticket as you will be asked to show this to enter the airport.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
- A passport valid for six months past your return date.
- Proof of return flight, flights can be booked directly through American Airlines, United, Jet Blue, Southwest, and Delta on the carrier's website.
- Travel Medical Insurance, Cuba requires all visitors to have travel medical insurance. Travel medical Insurance is included in the price for most flights. Verify with your airline carrier that travel medical insurance was included with your purchase.
- Visa (Tourist Card), the "pink visa" needed when flying directly from the US can be purchased from Cuba Travel Services (CTS) at the airport before boarding your flight to Cuba or through your airline. Costs range between $75 - $100.

- Entry Forms, Cuba's customs, immigration, and health declaration forms will be completed online 2 days before your trip. More information will follow.

Vegetarians/Vegans and others with special dietary restrictions may find limited food options in Havana, Cuba.
ACTIVITY LEVEL
The activity level for this trip is moderate. The buildings in Cuba are historical and are not equipped with elevators. If you have mobility issues that make it difficult to climb stairs, then this may present an issue for you. As always, please consult your Physican before booking.

Wi-Fi and cellular service is unpredictable in Cuba, even with a SIMS card.
